I will share that I almost ran over the Easter bunny at the local garden center this morning. It's nobody's (or nobunny's) fault, per se. The poor thing is in a full body costume and stepped into traffic! Everything is fine...but it sure got my adrenaline pumping for a few minutes! You know what I thought in that split second?! Not "OMG, I'm going to run over the Easter bunny!", but "OMG, my *dogs* are going to see me run over the Easter bunny!". Yes, I'm weird.

You might have made national news,,,woman kills Easter bunny! Children would have been crying around the country. So glad you all are ok.

ReplyDeleteHahaha! Isn't it funny what we're worried about in that split second? I'd worry about the same thing...and then we'd go home and one of the dogs would find a nest of baby bunnies and eat them all or something SO much worse. :) Hope you had a great holiday!
